Everything a store locator needs
For retail chains, showrooms, studios, pickup points and brands sold through other shops.
Shoppers search by town, postcode or store name, or tap “Use my location” to sort by distance. Every location has its opening hours with “Open now”, a call link and one-tap directions.
The list is the locator: headings, addresses and links that work with a keyboard and screen readers, and without the map. The map is an extra that loads only when it's on screen.
The map uses OpenStreetMap data with OpenFreeMap tiles: nothing to sign up for, no API bill. Pins are looked up from the address, and you can drag any pin to the exact entrance.
Each location gets its own page on your store with the address, hours and a map. Your own stores get LocalBusiness structured data when their address is complete; stockists never do.
Bring in your Shopify locations in one click. On Pro, import and export a spreadsheet: a preview shows problems first, and re-imports update rows instead of creating duplicates.
A theme block for any page plus a ready-made store list page, in your theme's fonts and colours. The results area keeps a fixed size, so nothing on the page jumps while it loads.
Set up in a few minutes
No theme code is changed: the locator is a block you add in Shopify's theme editor.
Type them in, bring in your Shopify locations, or import a spreadsheet. Pins are placed from the address.
One click from the app opens the theme editor with the block ready to add to a page.
Or use the ready-made store list page, with a page for each location.

Questions merchants ask
Do I need a Google Maps API key?
No. The map uses OpenStreetMap data and free OpenFreeMap tiles, and addresses are looked up with OpenStreetMap Nominatim. There is nothing to set up and no per-map-load bill. Directions open in Google Maps, Apple Maps or OpenStreetMap — your choice.
What if a pin is in the wrong place?
Open the location and drag the pin (or click the map). A pin you place is never moved by the app, even when you edit the address. If an address can't be found, the app says so instead of guessing.
Where does the locator appear?
Anywhere you add the Store locator block in the theme editor (usually a “Stores” page), and on a ready-made page at /apps/stores with a page for each location. Both use your theme's header, footer and fonts.
Is it accessible?
The list is the main interface: real headings, addresses, labelled search, live result announcements and keyboard-reachable links. The map is optional and never the only way to find a store.
How are shoppers' searches handled?
“Use my location” stays in the shopper's browser. A typed place search is looked up by the app's server (never from the shopper's browser), cached, and limited to fair use; the app keeps only a hash of the search and a point rounded to about 1 km — no names, emails or IP addresses.
Which languages?
The storefront text follows your store's language for English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and Portuguese. Location names, addresses and notes show exactly as you type them.
